About Me

Hi, I’m Chris, an English-speaking IT professional based in Portugal with 17+ years of technical support experience. I help expats and residents with Starlink installation, Wi-Fi problems, computer support, networking and remote tech help across Central Portugal.

I am 53 years old. I have a degree in IT and Management. After graduation I worked for 2 years in the UK’s NHS in IT Support. I then moved to the private education sector. I worked as the IT Administrator for 15 years, providing support at all levels to 140 staff and 700 students across 6 sites.

We moved to Portugal in 2022, we lived in Vila De Rei where we ran a successful Guest House, we had a massive swimming pool 3 apartments and a small farm for 3 years. We closed this due to health reasons.

I worked in the UK as a Baker and Chef for 14 years. Before that I trained as Borehole pump engineer and water filtration specialist.
